Hoping for a repeat of last year’s glorious sunshine & blue skies for next week’s Glas Tulaichean Uphill Race. One of the few uphill-only events in the Scottish hill-running calendar, this 7.2km run is mainly on land rover track with a few stream crossings to negotiate & covers 670m of ascent to the Munro summit. Once at the top, you can retrieve your warm clothing from the land rover and make your way back down to the barn for tea, sandwiches and cake the prizes are awarded. You must supply clothing to be taken to the summit and entries are restricted to over 17s . Entries on the day from 12:00 close at 1:20pm sharp to allow time to transport your gear to the finish.

In the event of poor weather an alternative course may be run &/or you may be required to carry full waterproof body cover with you so please come prepared.

There will also be the 1km Glas T Toe Tickle fun run for the wee ones at 2:30pm.
