It was a drizzly day for the 2nd running of Fyrish 3 Monuments
and Andrew Gilmore (Carnethy HRC) had a great battle with Gordon Lennox
(Inverness Harriers) before pulling away on the final descent to win in a
new course record of 1.01.46. Pip Gullet (HHR) won the female race in a
fast time of 1.15.01, just outside last year’s record.
Sam Burnett and Blair Milne reversed the outcome from 2018 with Sam
overtaking Blair on the descent and finishing in a fast time of 33.21
in the U18 boys race.
Kirsten Burnett won the under 18 girls race in 38.40.
The under 12s races were won by Struan Ellen and Layla Morrison.
