The Broughton Junior Hill Races hosted the 2026 scottishathletics Junior Championships (U14/16/18) as well as the Youth Cup Trial (U18) and Junior League (U12/14/16/18). There was a great turn out of 85 runners across the four races, and there were some very impressive performances across the board, not least from the winners of the Under 18 races, Ben Hodson (Stewartry) and Nancy Corrie (Harmeny), who were tuning up their form in advance of next month's European Mountain Running Championships.
