Standing proudly over the Aberdeenshire countryside, Bennachie (Beinn na Cìche) is the North East of Scotland's most prominent range of hills, dominating the landscape for miles.
This historic site which has a hillfort at the peak of Mither Tap which dates back to 1000BC will be home to the Bennachie Ultra which will offer 50k of beautiful paths, trails and amazing 360° views around the North East of Scotland.
The route will take in 6 of the peaks which make up the Bennachie Hills, including Mither Tap, Oxen Craig and Millstone Hill. With over 5000ft of elevation.
